Is there really no recurring cost?

There are no per-user license fees. You pay your own hosting and AI usage directly, usually a few hundred to a few thousand dollars a month, and it doesn't scale per seat. Managed services are optional.

How long does a replacement take?

Most SMB projects go live in 6–12 weeks, and mid-market projects in 3–6 months. We migrate in stages, so your team keeps working the whole time.

What about our integrations?

We inventory every integration in the audit, then rebuild, replace or retire each one. That covers email, calendar, ERP, billing, marketing, phone and support tools.

Will we lose data or history?

No. We clean, deduplicate and map your data first, run test migrations, and reconcile record counts and key fields before and after cutover.

What if we outgrow it?
